Important: for both roadfreight and airfreight from the EU, the deadline is 7 working days before the required delivery to the stand.

Key Shipping Notes
The following products are restricted by Spanish Customs / Health Authorities and cannot be imported. We recommend ordering all kinds of branded giveaways through EU providers.
- The venue does not receive, clear customs, or store incoming shipments.
- If you ship directly to the stand, your company must be present to sign for delivery.
- For non-EU shipments, an importer of record is required.
- Deliveries directly to the stand are only possible during the official build-up and breakdown dates.
- Direct truck deliveries must be reconfirmed with Resa at least 7 working days before the requested service date.
Restricted Goods (Non-EU Only)
The following products are restricted by Spanish Customs / Health Authorities and cannot be imported. We recommend ordering all kinds of branded giveaways through EU providers.
- Foodstuff / beverage (including sweets and mint tablets)
- All products intended to be in contact with foodstuff / beverage (cups, mugs, bags, cutlery, empty bottles or recipients)
- Pharmaceutical and medical products or equipment (including hand sanitizers and masks)
- Toys (e.g., fidget spinners or teddy bears)
- Cosmetics
- Medicines
- Live animals
- Plants
ALL PRODUCTS TO BE IMPORTED MUST COMPLY WITH EU REGULATIONS AND CE MARKING WHEN REQUIRED.
