- All papers must be presented at the conference, preferably in person as Oral or Poster presentations (according to the final Programme chairs notification) or remotely if attendance on site is not possible.
- At least one author for each accepted paper must be registered to the LREC 2026 Main Conference at the in person fees rate (even if the paper is presented remotely) by the early registration deadline.
Failure to register will result in the cancellation of the paper’s publication in LREC 2026 Proceedings.
- Registration fees to the Main Conference do not cover the registration to Workshop(s) and/or Tutorial(s) which should be added individually.
- Registration for a workshop or a tutorial alone is possible upon payment of the workshop/tutorial fees.
- Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. To benefit from the student status, students must provide a proof of their academic standing (student ID or certificate for 2025-2026, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), as a file (pdf, gif, jpg, png) during the registration process.
- Extra Gala dinner tickets are available for accompanying persons and can be purchased during registration.
