The Early-bird registration deadline is set March 6, 2026 (23:59 AoE). If you are an author of one or multiple paper(s) accepted to the Main Conference, please ensure you register by March 6, 2026 to guarantee their publication in the LREC 2026 Proceedings.
The current registration schedule is as follows:
- Early-Bird: Up to March 6, 2026 (23:59 AoE)
- Late & Onsite: From March 7, 2026 (23:59 AoE)

The LREC 2026 online registration system supports the following payment methods available at the end of the registration process:
Online: Secure credit card transactions (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Offline: Bank transfer or Purchase Order for institutions.
At the end of the registration, you will be able to download the official Letter of Invitation and Visa Letter (in English) to support your visa request. If you need a formal letter, please contact the PC Chairs at lrec2026-pcs@googlegroups.com
