If you wish to have your poster printed in Mallorca, it is essential to send your file before Monday, May 4, 2026 (non-negotiable deadline) to the following email address: jmmilian@impresrapit.com

The email must include:
- Full billing details (name, address, ID/passport number)
- Delivery details: LREC26 Conference – Congress Center
Important:
- Payment is the responsibility of the requester.
- Printing will only begin once full payment has been received.
- The printing company will contact you directly with payment instructions.
- Your printed poster will be delivered to the conference venue and will be available at the registration desk on May 11.
- Recommendation: whenever possible, we strongly recommend bringing your poster already printed, as this is the safest option.
